Privacy Policy of the website gong.co (hereinafter: “Service”)

We attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of users using the Service. We ensure the security of the personal data provided and their processing in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, in particular with:

For these purposes, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Service, such as: pages and subpages visited and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data regarding your search history, your IP address, location, device ID and data regarding the browser and operating system.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.

4. Recipients of individual Users' data
The recipients of the data are only authorized persons who process data on the Administrator's instructions. The data may be made available to external entities providing and supporting the Administrator's IT systems, or others providing services related to the Administrator's current activities, under appropriate personal data processing agreements and ensuring the use by the above. entities adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection. Your data may also be made available to entities authorized to obtain it under applicable law, e.g. law enforcement authorities in the event of a request by the authority on an appropriate legal basis (e.g. for the purposes of ongoing criminal proceedings).

We process personal data within questions, complaints and requests for the period necessary to consider a given inquiry, complaint or request, but no longer than for a period of 3 years from the receipt of a specific message. If a specific message constitutes or may constitute evidence in proceedings before a court or other state authority, we may store such messages and the personal data contained therein until the proceedings are legally concluded.
When the basis for the processing of your personal data by us is our legitimate interest, we will process your personal data until we recognize as effective your objection to the processing of your data for these purposes.

We inform you that the data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
7. Transfer of data to third countries
We inform you that the data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area, or any other European States. Data processing will take place, as a rule, only on the territory of Poland and the EEA countries.
8. Existing rights
The User has the right to request from the Administrator: access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data, withdraw consent (if expressed) at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - each data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection office if they believe that the processing of their personal data is in breach of the GDPR or the Personal Data Protection Act.
